Resin-Coat

Resin-Coat is a high-temperature reinforced epoxy coating that is applied on external casing and tubing applications for a durable and rigid outer layer. It creates an extremely hard surface for the OD of casing. It significantly enhances cement bond to casing as well as acting as a corrosion barrier. Resin-Coat is resistant to CO2, brine, and H2S, prevents gas migration, and provides cathodic protection.

Due to its hardness, Resin-Coat can be used as production casing through unconsolidated zones, in corrosive environments, and as a coated tubing between injection intervals.

Cost Savings

Resin-Coat helps with your cost-savings by reducing your workovers, well maintenance, and the amount you spend on casing leaks and tubing replacements. By using Resin-Coat, you get reinforced, tough tubing that is durable enough to prevent and mitigate these problems.

Strong and Resistant

Resin-Coat tubing is strong enough to withstand extreme forces from normal handling tools downhole, and its extremely rough and hard surface resist crushing.
