z-Cor 100 is an Epoxy based phenolic fusion bonded powder, especially and exclusively formulated
for Precision Pipe Coatings. The coating is predominantly used on both injection and production
tubing to prevent extreme corrosion and abrasion from down-hole elements. This coating system on
tubing includes the threads on both pins ends being coated as well as the complete ID of the
coupling.

zCor 100 Fusion Bonding Phenolic - Epoxy
- zCor 100 is a fusion bonded thermosetting phenolic epoxy powder, recommended for use over a
phenolic primer applied internally to steel tubing which is in adverse temperature and pressure
service and in contact with corrosive gases, oils, chemicals, waters and acids.

- FLINT-COAT: the process that improves the bond between cement and casing. A coating of permanent
resin applied to the pipe holds millions of jagged rock particles. When wet cement flows onto this
roughened surface, it clings like reinforced concrete, resisting internal and external pressures,
chemicals, cathodic protection, and high bottomhole temperatures. Separation of cement and casing
is effectively blocked, and so is this principal avenue of communication.
