ZEro200

ZEro200 is a high strength carbon zirconium corrosion and wear resistance coating designed to increase tubing’s service life for areas exposed to abrasion, high wear, and corrosive conditions. 

Our ZEro200 coated tubing accepts full API drift after the coating is applied. With a temperature rating of 145°C, this tubing will suit the majority of well conditions. Its extremely low friction coefficient extends tubing and sucker rod lifespan, which gives you more uptime. ZEro200 acts as a barrier to corrosion and erosion.

ZEro200 can be used in rod pumping wells, deviated wellbores, slant wellbores, horizontal wells through the build section, and as a tail joint for sand abrasion.
